Ordering Guide

  1. Please accurately provide your real name, delivery address, and valid contact information when placing an order, so we can arrange delivery in a timely manner.
  2. If you fill in the wrong address, please contact customer service immediately. We will try our best to contact the courier to update information if possible. Shipping Time

  1. Unless there are special circumstances, we will confirm the inventory and complete the shipment of the goods within 2 business days after receiving the order.

Package Receipt

  1. To protect your rights and interests, we recommend that you check whether you have received all items when you receive the package. If you find any missing or damaged items after unpacking, please contact customer services soon as possible so that we could quickly resolve the issue for you.
  2. If the order status shows "delivered", but you have not received the goods, please contact customer service within 45 days after placing the order to resolve the issue.
  3. Please ensure to check your email promptly for delivery updates. We will send you an email notification when your parcel arrives locally. If you not be available at home on the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us or the local delivery company in advance. In case of unsuccessful delivery due to issues such as incorrect address, recipient information, or inability to contact, you will be responsible for covering the costs associated with returning the package to our overseas warehouse and any additional redelivery fees (according to the policy of the local logistics partner).
