Refund Policy

The particularity of overseas logistics does not support the return or replacement of non-prduct quality problems.How to choose a size? (Please purchase after detailed consultation). If you do not know how to choose, you can consult customer service to recommend a reasonable size according to your personal figure, or select a size according to the size table on the page. Due to inappropriate size, we do not support return or exchange.

If you receive damaged items or encounter other serious quality issues with the clothes you've purchased, we will provide free return services for you, and we will cover the postage for returns. If you need to return items, please initiate the request on our website, and we will process it within 48 hours. Once we've processed your refund request, the refund will be credited to your account within 24 hours.

You may apply for an exchange if the following conditions are met:

However, please note that we strictly do not accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

Cancellations

We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
